Heather began her practice of law in 1992 as in-house counsel to a multi-national corporation. In 2002 she opened her own practice in Carrboro, NC, focused on helping small businesses establish themselves in North Carolina, along with assisting in their various legal needs, including transactional matters, employment law, intellectual property and contract drafting and negotiations.
